THE "KIDS ON STAGE" PROGRAM: The NJ School of Dramatic Arts provides campers with a fun and exciting environment in which to learn theater skills. We provide the highest quality theater education by encouraging campers to hone their unique talents, develop their confidence and to discover the joy of being on stage. Everyone is given the opportunity to shine in his/her own way. Each day campers will do warm-ups, theater games, scene study, singing, dancing and specialty classes such as comedy improv. In addition to this, each week we will be rehearsing toward the final performance! THE STORY THEATER CAMP PROGRAM: At Story Theater camp the emphasis is on fun! Campers will explore the beginning concepts of theater by using theater games, storytelling and role-playing. The children are gently encouraged to stretch their imaginations and discover the endless creativity inside themselves. The session will end in an informal performance where the campers will show their final story using costumes and props.
