Plains Conservation Center Day Camp
Summer Address:

Our camp provides age appropriate activities for children ages 6-12. We will spend the week exploring the past and present of the prairie ecosystem. Campers will go on wagon rides to view prairie wildlife, explore pioneer sod houses, spend time inside tipis, and so much more! The following camps run simultaneously and are divided by age.
Prairie Detectives
ages 6-9
Put on your detective hat and grab your magnifying glass as we discover what the prairie is hiding: look closely, dig deep, uncover the past, and have fun!
Prairie Scene Investigators
ages 10-12
Delve into the secrets of the prairie as you become a scientist searching for clues that lead to fascinating observations about the land's past and present: Who lived here? How did they live? What lives here now? How do they survive?
