This is not your typical summer camp! Pleasant Vineyard Ministries (PVM camp) seeks to offer camp programs that are unique, challenging, and educational. PVM was one of the first camps in the U.S. to offer paintball as a specialized camp program and now offers many other one-of-a-kind camp programs for kids.

Located north of Cincinnati near Camden, Ohio, PVM is a nondenominational Christian summer camp that provides your child with a life-changing camp experience in an atmosphere of love and acceptance. It is an environment where positive relationships are developed and the love of Jesus is taught and demonstrated through fun recreational activities, outdoor education, and the lives of the camp staff.

PVM camp offers up to 20 specialized camp programs throughout the summer. New this year is our Dino Dig Camp that gives teens a chance to participate in a real paleontology dig to unearth a prehistoric animal. Also new this year is the Digital Photography Camp that teaches youth how to take and edit digital photos and upload them to the camp’s website. Additional camp programs offered by PVM include Day Camp, Horsemanship, Drama Camp, Rock Climbing Camp, Nature Camp, Computer Gaming Camp, Explorer's Camp, Aqua Camp (water skiing), and, great for first-timers, Rez Camp which gives campers a chance to sample the adventures of the various camp programs. Along with these camp program choices, older campers also get to choose from Paintball Camp, Paintball Xtreme, Gorilla Garage (based on the TV show Monster Garage), Teen Select, Nascamp (go cart racing), Red River Gorge Backpacking Trip, LIT (Leaders in Training, and Crew (a camp service program). Other activities for all campers include swimming, archery, canoeing, Orbitron, 500-ft. zipline, climbing tower, crafts, campfires, adventure course, nature hikes, high-energy games and more. We look forward to hosting your child at PVM’s summer camp adventure that is sure to create memories for a lifetime. Airport pick up is available from Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio.  

Camp Sessions are held weekly Sunday from 4:00 PM to Friday 4:00 PM.

An Open House to see what the PVM camp experience is all about will be held this year on

April 15^th. Bring your child to tour the grounds and facilities, and to meet some of the staff and camp counselors.

Most camp programs are one-week residential camps and run from early June through early August. Paintball Xtreme is a 9-day camp, LIT runs two weeks and Crew is a three week program.
