DescriptionBack to top

Simon Carrington: professor at both the Yale School of Music, the Yale Institute of Sacred Music, and the founder/director of the highly acclaimed Yale Schola Cantorum, will be rehearsing and conducting the ensemble. In an exciting interest session, Simon will also be hosting a Q&A/dialog session for prospective college students; answering questions about the college audition process, the life of a professional singer, and other topics of your choice.
Bronislawa Falinska: our visiting artist in vocal pedagogy, will be joining us over the 8 days to lead sessions using the Rohmert method of Functional Voice training. Get ready for a sensorial exploration of the voice, and to explore how self-perception works in the combination of "hearing-feeling-seeing."
Brian O'Connell: founder/director of both of the Sarteano Workshops, explores innovative approaches to ensemble singing and esprit de corps within a group.
Experience the joy of creating music on the highest level, working with other committed and talented young musicians, and learning the inner workings and dynamics of intensive chamber ensemble performance.
