Summer Performance Camp
Summer Address:

Speed- running mechanics to teach proper acceleration and max velocity
Agility- lateral movements to teach athletes how to accelerate stop and reaccelerate
Power- plyometric and medicine ball training to increase power output
Conditioning- proper training to improve work capacity
Flexibility- increase joint, fascia, and muscle integrity
Pre-hab- target areas that are at risk for injury before they happen
Regeneration- recovery through nutrition, rest, and sleep patterns
Coaching- attention to detail, goal driven, and passion to bring out the best athlete through positive coaching and intensity
