YMCA Camp H.R. Erdman is located on the beautiful north shore of Oahu, Hawaii and has been the place for conferences, retreats, and family reunions since 1926. Nestled between the Waianae Mountains and Beaches of Mokuleia, Camp Erdman has a variety of lodgings to accommodate up to 300 people.
Facility and Staff
Camp Erdman offers various programs all year round. We are a great place for any type of group that wants to participate in programs that focus on teaching values, developing life skills, and building character in a safe, fun, and multicultural setting. Facilities include a dining hall, several meeting halls, swimming pool, and cabins with approximately 300 beds. Camp Erdman provides traditional activities such as swimming, basketball, archery, and hiking, as well as low and high ropes courses, and a climbing tower. Environmental education, crafts, and story-telling around the campfire are also available as part of the camp experience.
Program staff are all CPR/FirstAid Lifeguard certified. All the resident cabins are secure building with 24 hours adult supervision and night security. The Emergency Medical Center is just 15 minutes by car from the camp.
Accommodation
There are ocean-side and mountain-side cabins. Ocean-side cabins accommodate up to 48 people, two of which have basic kitchen facility. Each mountain-side cabin accommodate up to 16 people. All the cabins have bunk-style beds and bathrooms with hot and cold running shower.
