Camp Shane Weight Loss and Fitness Camps

Camp Shane is the premiere weight loss camp for kids, teens and young adults worldwide. Family run since 1968, we help our campers learn how to live healthy. We combine all the fun of traditional summer camps plus the benefits of weight loss, enhanced fitness and self esteem with superb, proven results. Our program is highly supervised and offers delicious, portion controlled meals made with healthy, whole foods-camper tested and approved!

Camp Shane features nutrition education and cooking classes where campers learn how to prepare their favorite foods in a healthy manner. Additionally, we offer a variety of sports and fitness games, plus a huge array of fun, unique and calorie burning activities. Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sessions allow campers to discover what is driving them to overeat and teaches them how to change their behavior when they return home after camp.

Weight loss is only one part of our awesome program. Shane is famous for its supportive and caring community where everyone creates lifelong friendships. We're a lot of fun, very friendly and we really care about each other so you'll feel comfortable, accepted and good about yourself.
