| Unit Leaders are responsible for supervising the counselors and campers in their designated unit – organized by age in Day Camp and by age and gender in Resident Camp. Unit Leaders plan and implement programming for their unit, handle camper and staff issues, communicate with parents, provide leadership for staff and campers, and perform other duties where needed.
All Leadership Staff are responsible for the administration of all camp programs, and will work as a team with the Program Directors and Camp Directors. In addition to their area of responsibility, leadership staff will work with the Program Director to implement special events, provide leadership for staff and campers, and perform other duties where needed. All leadership staff must be at least 21 years of age, have previous camp experience, and demonstrate supervisory and leadership abilities. A driver’s license with a clean driving record, CPR and First Aid certifications are also required. |
