Winter camp shirts will be provided, as will snacks and water. In the summer months, take the kids to Fitness by the Sea, a day camp program that is all about getting wet and staying healthy.
Build robots, friendships, and confidence at Robotics for Kids, through Sylvan Learning. Kids can make their fantasies come true by making a real-life robot using LEGO bricks and software; all while learning STEM curriculum. The classes are for grades 2-6th and will challenge and inspire kids, who might become interested in engineering, robotics, or a scientist. Even if kids have no scientific experience, they are welcome and the teachers will get them up to speed. The week includes building the robot, while learning scientific concepts, then using computer programming to get the bot moving. Next, kids will challenge other teams to games or just have fun playing pretend. There's a special surprise activity at the end!
